New foodie stalls are heading to this month's Birregurra Sunday Market

Forrest Cordials & Cheeseworld join Birregurra Market's flock of food & wine stalls

Birregurra has long been known as a foodie's gem off the beaten path on the way to the Great Ocean Road.

Birregurra Farm Foods stocks some of the finest products in the district, Dan Hunter's acclaimed Brae Restaurant is up the road, and even our own General Store has received national press hailing their cheeseburger as one of the best in the Victoria, if not Australia (that's my opinion anyway!).

Now Birregurra Sunday Market is catching up the pace and adding two more foodie stalls—Forrest Cordials and the Cheeseworld truck—to our already fabulous flock of producers who set up their portable shop fronts each second Sunday of the month to offer their tasty wares to locals and visitors alike.

So head to Birre for a great family day out. Enjoy some great music. Stroll through the market stocking up on preserves, olives & olive oil, artisan bread, organic fruit & veg, cakes, wine, infused gins & cider, cordials and cheese.

Grab some handmade soaps, a fabulous new cheeseboard, some artwork for your walls and some pressies to give your loved ones for their upcoming birthdays. Head over the road to check out the fantastic new pop up community gallery in the hall. Stick around town for lunch at Farm Foods, the Royal Mail Hotel or the newly opened Birre Bytes Cafe.

And then finish your shopping day at our fabulous Main Street traders. What's not to love!
