New dates for the Art Show (rescheduled from 8-10 October)

Due to recent covid-19 restrictions, the art show is now proceeding running from Friday 19th November (gala opening) to Sunday 21st November. 

About the Art Show

2021 sees the much anticipated return of our beloved Birregurra Art Show, made possible through the generous support and contribution of local businesses and residents of the Colac Otway Shire.

The Birregurra Art Show has a long and distinguished history, attracting hundreds of entries from artists throughout Victoria. The Birregurra Art Show Main Prize of $2,000 is awarded to artwork judged Best in Show across all categories. Entries are open in eight (8) categories, with first and second prizes awarded at $500 and $250 respectively, in each category.

Entries to the 2021 Birregurra Art Show are now CLOSED

Entries have now closed for the 2021 Art Show, and we look forward to seeing you all at the show in person in November! ​

Opening Night Tickets Available 

Launching our wonderful art show is the Birregurra Art Show Opening Night. This is held on Friday, 19th November from 7pm to 10pm at the Birregurra Hall.

Tickets are available to the public at $15 per person, and allow event entry all weekend. Tickets can be purchased at selected Birregurra Traders or at the door on the night. Online tickets will go on sale soon.

Enjoy local music, complimentary finger food and a bar featuring local Otways wine producers and brewers.

Make sure you bring your credit card and cheque books to purchase some stunning works for your own home art collection or that extra special gift.

Open on Saturday, 20th November (10am – 5pm) and Sunday, 21st November (10am -4pm).
Entry fee $5 per person / Children under 14 free.
